About this center
The Plaza Tower I Center is on the 11th floor of the second tallest building in Orange County, providing gorgeous views of the city of Costa Mesa. The striking curved stainless steel building, designed by world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, is located in the prime business, cultural arts and retailing district. Costa Mesa’s economy relies heavily on retail. The nearby South Coast Plaza, with more than 300 stores, is among the highest volume regional shopping centers in America, generating more than one billion dollars per year. There is some light manufacturing activity, mostly in the industrial, southwestern quarter of the city, which is home to a number of electronics, pharmaceuticals and plastics firms. Costa Mesa is also home to the Orange County Fair each July, bringing in one million visitors. John Wayne airport is just four miles away from the center, which also offers good access to the thriving economies of Santa Ana and Irvine.

From Irvine / John Wayne Airport:
Take 405 North Freeway. Exit Bristol Street towards Anton Blvd /Avenue of the Arts. Turn left onto Anton. Building is on the right.
From LAX Airport:
Take the 405 South Freeway. Exit Bristol Street, and turn left. Turn right onto Anton. Building is on the left.
From Downtown Los Angeles:
Take I-5 South to the 55 South to the 405 South freeway. Exit Bristol Street and turn left. Turn right onto Anton. Building is on the left.
From South Orange County / San Diego:
Take I-5 North and transition to the 405 North freeway. Exit Bristol Street towards Anton Blvd /Avenue of the Arts. Turn left onto Anton. Building is on the right.
From the Inland Empire:
Take the 91 to the 55 South to the 405 North Freeway. Exit Bristol Street towards Anton Blvd /Avenue of the Arts. Turn left onto Anton. Building is on the right.
From Laguna Beach:
Take the 133 to the 405 North freeway. Exit Bristol Street towards Anton Blvd /Avenue of the Arts. Turn left onto Anton. Building is on the right.
From Newport Beach/Corona Del Mar:
Take the 73 North (portions toll) to the 55 North Freeway. Keep right at the fork in the ramp. Turn left onto Baker Street. Turn right onto Bristol. Turn right onto Anton. Building is on the left.
