Connie began her career at HQ Global Workplaces in January 2000 as an Assistant General Manager at the Hamilton Center in Campbell, California. Within three years, she was appointed AGM in the Shoreline center, Mountain View, GM in Pleasanton, mentor to newly hired GMs, and DCGM and Zone Leader in San Francisco. During that time Connie was recognized for maintaining 100 percent office occupancy, placing first for selling the most number of Business Access sales for her ABU in a quarter and placing nineteenth in the company in the first quarter of 2003 for the amount of net natural revenue increased from the previous quarter.

First role with the Regus Group - Sales Manager, Connecticut, USA

Lorraine began working at Regus in 1998 as a Sales Manager and in just six years worked her way up to becoming the company’s Global Director of Sales Operations, based in the global headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

Through outstanding results and great team building, Lorraine became a Corporate Account Manager, a Regional Manager and then joined the elite RIOT (Regus International Opening Team) squad all within two years. After helping open and fill over 30 centers, Lorraine was promoted to Sales Director, then Field Sales Coach of North America. She traveled the United States training sales managers and center managers, and was asked to help start up and run the Sales and Service Center in Phoenix, Arizona.

Lorraine was then promoted to Global Director of Best Practices. With a need for her training skills outside the United States, she was asked to hit the road internationally and help train the sales and operations force. In 2003 Lorraine trained in 35 countries spanning the Nordics, UK, Europe, South America, Australia and Asia.

Upon her return to the United States in 2004, Lorraine was promoted to Global Director of Sales Operations. Currently she helps run and establish global operations, sales processes and best practices and oversees the company’s intranet.
